Teacher Wanted
We are looking for a vibrant, dynamic preschool teacher to educate, care for, and inspire the young minds at our preschool.
Positions Available:
• 1-2 years old class • 2-3 years old class
Responsibilities:
- Educating children about fundamental concepts, such as colours, letters, numbers, and shapes.
- Encouraging social interactions between children and improving their self-esteem.
- Engaging in creative methods of learning, such as arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling.
- Planning comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs.
- Instilling a sense of order and discipline in the classroom.
- Monitoring free time on the playground.
- Ensuring the classroom is a clean, safe, and organised environment.
- Create lesson plans for each class based on your experience and the learners’ specific needs
- Preparing for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.
- Communicating with parents to better understand the children”s home lives and psyches.
- Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the classroom
- Writing up reports for parents on each child”s developmental progress.
Requirements:
- Have the necessary qualifications and experience (NQF 5 or higher and at least 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting)
- Ability to communicate with young children at their level.
- Ability to develop activities that are fun and educational for young children
- Patient, compassionate attitude, with a friendly, energetic disposition.
- Good mediation and nurturing abilities.
- Creative mindset with an ability to create memorable, out-of-the-box lessons.
- Passion for shaping and inspiring young minds.
- Ability to serve as a positive role model
- Must be motivated, creative, hard-working, and a team player
- Must be able to speak fluent English.
- Must have their own transport.
- Clear criminal record

Assistant Wanted
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, energetic English speaking assistant to join our team. NB: To start immediately
Candidate should have the following:
- Have the necessary qualifications and experience (NQF 4 or higher and at least 2 years of experience working with children in a nursery school)
- Be able to work well with children, parents and other staff
- Must be motivated, creative, hard-working, and a team player
- The candidate must have a love for children and a passion for working with them.
- Must be playful and able to connect with children on their level.
- Be reliable
- Must be neat and tidy and be able to communicate well in English.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must reside locally
- Clear criminal record
