Infant Care

What is the Fee Structure for 2024?

Full Day Rate- R3560  p/m

  • 6:45 – 17:30 monthly fee (including snack, including lunch)

Half Day Rate- R3100 p/m

  • 6:45 – 14:00 monthly fee (including snack, including lunch)

Fees have been calculated over 12 months, irrespective of absenteeism due to illness or vacation. All fees are payable for 12 months of the year. Fees are payable as agreed annually or monthly IN ADVANCE by the 1st of each month. 

Other Fees:

  • An annual stationery fee of R1100 is also payable per child.
  • We charge a one time registration fee of R1000

What does the school fees include?

The school fees include: 

  • Breakfast, morning snack and lunch
  • Progress reports
  • All Little Cedars Kids Academy Events
  • All learning materials
  • Holiday Club activities
  • Kinder Kinetics  

What are the school operating hours?

School Hours: 6:45 – 17:30, Mondays - Fridays. 

Half-day: Children are to be collected by 14:00
Full day:  Children are to be collected by no later than 17:30

  • Class starts at 08:30 every day and children are to be dropped off at the school before 8:15. 

 

Is there a discount for upfront annual payment?

Yes there is.

School fees paid a year in advance, by 31 January 2024, will attract a 10% discount on the amount payable for the year.

Do I get a discount for enrolling more than one child?

Yes, a discount on fees is offered to parents who enrol more than one child.

For as long as two or more siblings attend Little Cedars Kids Academy, a 10% discount will be applied to the tuition fee of the second and subsequent siblings only.

Do you offer any extra mural activites?

Yes, your little one will have the opportunity to participate in the following: 

  • Soccer  - DBK Football Stars
  • Kinderkintecs-  Tautau Kinder kinetics (included in the tuition)
  • Swimming - Aquababes
  • Karate - KSI Karate Kidz
  • Computers - RINico  Computer Kids
  • Yoga 
  • Dancing

All extra murals are invoiced and paid for separately. Kinderkinetics is free and is included as part of tuition.

Parents will be given registration forms for extra murals when starting at LCKA .

 

What documents need to be submitted with application form?

  1. Signed & completed application form
  2. Copy of your child’s inoculation certificate
  3. Copy of your child’s birth certificate
  4. Copy of ID of person responsible for paying fees (if not the same as parents/ guardians)
  5. Copy of ID of parents / guardians
  6. Proof of residence (less than 3 months old)
  7. Proof of payment (Registration fee)
